Delete Your ECPAI Account

Delete your ECPAI account and associated personal data

Before you submit

You can request permanent account deletion from this page or in the ECPAI app under Me → Delete Account.

  1. Enter the email address and current password for your ECPAI account.
  2. We will check both your main shipping account and LTL account.
  3. Complete unfinished orders, pending payments, frozen funds, or outstanding balances first.
  4. If only a positive balance remains, you may use it or explicitly choose to forfeit it without a refund.

Deleted or anonymized

Account profile, login identifiers, addresses, AI drafts, LTL quote drafts, and other non-transactional personal data are deleted or anonymized when deletion is completed.

Limited retention

Completed shipping orders, payment records, and financial ledgers are retained only for applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. They are deleted or anonymized when those obligations expire.

Submit a deletion request

For security, deletion requires your current password. This action cannot be undone.
